(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate the powers it has acquired under this Act to any official of the Government of Nepal. However, according to section 14, the right to remove from a Nepali citizen will not be delegated.

(2) The officer assigned to distribute the certificate of citizenship according to this Act may delegate the authority obtained by him to any authorized employee.
